Insurance and strata repair specialists
Since 2007, we have earned a reputation as one of the most trusted insurance building contractors within the Newcastle and Central Coast Regions. Our experience across a full range of building services from total reconstruction to repairs including plastering, painting, tililng, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing and more, makes us the builders of choice to reinstate damage to client’s properties after fire, flood, storm, impact, vandalism, water damage and accidental damage events.

MAKE SAFE
Emergency call-out services are offered to all client’s 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, which allows the team to mitigate hazards and reduce losses for clients by responding to calls within strict timeframes. Locally based staff are able to respond to calls after hours, and after initial contact is made with the client, appropriate teams are deployed to the property, usually within hours, to make the area safe.
We maintain ongoing communication with property owners, strata bodies, and tenants, before and during the works program. At the completion of the works we seek and record a customer satisfaction rating to ensure we have completed repairs to the highest standards each and every time.
Facilities Maintenance
Our dedicated team of trades are able to develop a schedule for programmed and statutory maintenance works and support our clients with a 24/7 reactive emergency call out service. Our maintenance management system allows us to monitor and service your properties maintenance cycle.

Property Assessment
​Our estimating team is highly trained and experienced at both commercial and residential property assessing, and as part of their day to day service to client’s, our team are able to provide a detailed and independent written report, including investigations into commercial or residential building defects in line with current property standards, produce comprehensive causation reports and scope of work to repair. The information collected is then used to establish immediate and future expenditure requirements for our clients.
